Full Driving Instructor Course
This course includes Part 1, Part 2 & Part 3 training. We also include the trainee licence and sponsorship.
Part 2 In-Car
You will receive 8 hours in-car training with your trainer. These sessions will allow you to pin-point where exactly you need help or support and enable you to practice away from the training room.
24/7 On-Demand Course Materials
We include 12 months unlimited access to our online on-demand training materials. These include videos to support your home study and in-car training. It's like having a training avaliable 24/7
Part 3 In-Car
Receiving your 32 hours in-car training will compliment your home & online study, giving you an opportunity to piece everything together.
Interactive Workshops
You will receive an extra 12 live & interactive workshops with industry leading trainers. The workshops will also have other trainees from around the country, you're never alone with Podium.
Virtual Classrooms
8 hours virtual training. We don't believe in charging for training in-car when some elements can be completed from the comfort of home.
DVSA Recommended Reading Materials
We'll instantly send you the complete reading pack as recommended by the DVSA, plus additional resources as our trainers recommend.

Trainee Licence Sponsorship
This course includes your sponsorship should you wish to take a trainee licence. Additional training is discounted when taking this package. The trainee licence is designed for you to hone your skills with real learners before taking your final exam.

Can I become a driving instructor?To become an Approved Driving Instructor, you must satisfy the following criteria: You held a full UK or EU licence for 3 years. Your application maybe refused if you have 5 or more penalty points. You are able to read a regular size number plate from a distance of 27.5 metres (90 feet) with glasses if required? You have no non-motoring convictions that would prevent you from being on the Driving Instructors Register? Check your eligibility here

Access to virtual classroomsWe support your in-car training with access to virtual classrooms too. Why pay £40 per hour + for some sessions when some of your training could take place from the comfort of your own home. We think that's cost effective, and we pass that saving on to you. Take part in interactive training sessions - an opportunity to share and discuss any questions that may have cropped up. We provide you with the opportunity for you to meet and talk with others who are taking the same course as you. You're never alone on our instructor courses.

What about after my training?We of course offer you the opportunity to take advantage of the 'Pink' trainee licence. This enables you to charge an hourly rate for any lessons your deliver before taking your final Part 3 test. Podium will also offer you a guaranteed franchise / membership upon completion of your training too.
